Apply a suitable body oil before vacuum massage so the head moves smoothly. It does not have to be Nordenbeauty Sweet Almond Oil. Body oil is not included with the ShapePro device. Avoid almond oil if you are allergic to almonds.

1. Prepare

   Read the suitability guide and apply a suitable body oil. It does not have to be Nordenbeauty Sweet Almond Oil.

2. Start low

   Choose a comfortable intensity.

3. Keep moving

   2–3 minutes per area. Stop if uncomfortable.

Body use only. Do not use on the face, sensitive or very loose skin. Read the complete supplied guide before use. Stop if use causes pain, bruising or irritation; bruising is not a target or proof of a successful session.

The guide excludes use with varicose veins or vein inflammation; serious cardiovascular, kidney or lung disease; fever; cancer or tumours; thyroid disease; acute inflammation; artificial joints; infectious disease; blood-clotting disorders; open wounds; and skin conditions including psoriasis, erysipelas, allergic rash or raised birthmarks.

Do not use during pregnancy or within one month of surgery. During breastfeeding, the guide limits treatment to one or two areas rather than the whole body. Avoid the abdomen during menstruation. If you are unsure whether the device is suitable for you, ask a qualified professional before use.

Fit the head firmly and apply body oil. Start at the lowest comfortable setting. Hold the LIPO or EMS button for two seconds to start its function. Keep the head moving; never hold suction over one spot. Press RELEASE to release suction.

The guide recommends 2–3 minutes per area daily, no more than 5 minutes in one area or 30 minutes for the whole body. Stop if use causes pain, bruising or irritation.

Remove the head and rinse it with tap water after use. Clean the main unit with a lightly dampened cloth; never immerse it or rinse it under running water. The guide advises against detergent on the head or main unit.

Replace the filter once a month, or sooner if suction power decreases. A full charge takes up to three hours and provides up to 45 minutes of use. Keep the device away from water while charging.

Are vacuum massage and EMS the same thing?

No. Vacuum uses suction at the head; EMS uses electrical stimulation. They have different settings and suitability considerations. Follow the supplied guide.

Does body oil make the EMS function stronger?

Use a suitable body oil for smoother movement and to reduce the sensation of EMS pulses; it does not have to be our Sweet Almond Oil. The supplied ShapePro 4 guide does not establish that oil makes EMS stronger. Start at the lowest comfortable setting.

Is bruising a sign that it is working?

No. Do not aim for bruising. Stop if you notice bruising, pain or irritation, and review the guide before using the device again.

How quickly will I see changes?

Individual experiences vary. There is no guaranteed result or fixed results timeline.

What warranty does the supplied guide describe?

The ShapePro 4 guide describes a two-year warranty from purchase for manufacturing or material faults during normal use. It excludes wear and tear, incorrect use, negligence, accidents and damage caused by opening or dismantling the device. Keep your proof of purchase and contact our team for help.
